Walking Rugby for Over 50's is back at Trafford MV for 2026

Sessions are FREE and are held each Wednesday evening at 6.30pm under the floodlights at Trafford MV Rugby Club, M33 6LR

The game is played at a Walking Pace to suit the individual player and a Touch Tackle is made so contact is LIMITED.

Sessions are outdoor on grass - so suitable clothing is recommended - studded boots are advisable as is a weatherproof top / leggings if weather is poor.

Walking Rugby is a good addition to a regular activity programme - giving you an opportunity to compete in a game situation. Walk at pace and join like minded people in these friendly sessions.

You do not need to be a Club Member to engage in these sessions - but membership is recommended.
