Trafford MV 2nds maintained their 4th placing in the league by beating the team just below them Wigan 5 - 19 at Wigan.
The game was a close affair on a very heavy pitch and Trafford can be very pleased with their performance and the result which leaves the just 2 league points behind North Manchester with a game in hand and a much greater points for/against differential in MV's favour.
TMV scored tries through Jimmy Craven, Fenton Dickinson and Adam Mason with Ben Wainwright converting 2 of them. Wigan replied with a solitary try in response.
