Trafford MV's 3rd XV take up the senior position at home this weekend, kick off 2.15pm and your support would be welcome.
Veteran skipper James Knighton is rested, as part of his pain management routine and his leadership role is filled by Nick Harrison in the centre.
The team takes the field against Marple 2nd XV with a strong regular front row of Joe Cooper, James Halsall and Joe 'who's the Daddy' McVeigh. Locking out behind them in the second row are a solid partnership of Nico Pickard and Jack Woods. The back row is made up of an improving combination of Bobby Harrop, Sam Woolley and Dave Hopper.
Running the game from the half back positions are Joe Best at scrum half and Liam Crank at stand off half. The centre partnership this week is skipper Nick Harrison and Liam Brimble with Laurence Ryan and Joe Smith playing outside them on the wings. Callum Rigg completes the XV with his selection at full back
We have 5 players on the bench (although the hyphenated names make it look more!) Mason Allen-Phelan, AJ Cawley, Simon Wan, Chris Lenferna and Andew Fletcher-Harris rounding off the selected players.
