Plans are falling into place for this years South Of The River Beer Festival which this year will be on September 18/19th at Trafford MV RFCC
As the 2nd biggest event in the Club Social Calendar behind Bonfire Night we call on all the membership and the friends of Trafford MV to get behind the event and drive it on to be bigger and better.
We are looking for event sponsors to get behind the event and take the opportunity to bring customers / clients / staff along to our great community event - see the packages we are offering below - we hope to hear from you soon so we can give plenty of time to promote your business.
Event Sponsor - £500 plus VAT - Company name and logo on event glasses and on a barrel / in the program and lead up to festival / 10 Free entries plus 40 drink tokens (20 free pints) plus a 5% donation to our local charity partner - Prevent Breast Cancer.
Barrel Sponsor - £100 plus VAT - Company name and logo in program and lead up to festival / 4 Free entries plus 20 drink tokens plus a 5% donation to our local charity partner - Prevent Breast Cancer.
We are also looking for donations for raffles which will be held on the event days to raise money for the very worthy - Prevent Breast Cancer our Charity Partner at our 2026 event. You can leave donation with the bar staff FAO Wilf Dooley or hand them directly to myself.
We will have a range of Cask Ales and Ciders a Gin Bar plus cocktails and fizz - plus a range of Low and No Alcohol options. There will be a array of music covering a wide range of styles throughout all sessions on Fri evening and all day Sat from noon. Tasty food menus will be available to keep your energy levels at a high through the event. There will also be live Rugby on Saturday afternoon plus televised sport inside too.
