It is just a few weeks off our annual Beer Festival at Trafford MV Rugby Club as our South Of The River event opens it's doors on Friday 18th Sept.
We need to call on YOU to help us out and VOLUNTEER to help us cover the shifts to help the event run smoothly ! Please drop wilfdooley@virginmedia.com a message if you are able to help on the Friday evening ( slots from 5pm till 11pm to be filled) and Saturday afternoon and evening (slots from Noon till 11pm to be covered) shifts will only be an hour or two depending how many helpers we get.
PLEASE DON'T LEAVE IT ALL TO SOME ONE ELSE - IT'S GOOD FUN TO HELP TOO !
The Beer Festival is one of the biggest events in the Club calendar but it doesn't happen without YOU.
Please help us to promote the event be sharing it with friends / family / neighbours and work colleagues - everyone is welcome including families and non members!
Tickets are now available from the Bar during opening hours - tickets purchased ahead of the event will include a free drink on arrival.
If you are not able to get to the Club you can purchase online via Eventbrite as per the links below - these tickets will also qualify for a free drink on arrival

We will be supporting Prevent Breast Cancer as our event Charity Partner and need your help with donation of Raffle Prizes for all or session son the Friday and Saturday - so the more raffles we can do the more we can raise for Prevent Breast Cancer Charity UK | Predict Prevent Protect - take a look and see what it's all about ! You can hand your prizes to Wilf Dooley or hand in at the Bar for his attention asap please.
