Age Grade Registration is Open
Age Grade Registration is open for 2026/27 We hope you had a good off season and a restful break, and that you are looking forward to the season ahead at Trafford MV RFCC. It is Age Grade player registration time, and we need to ensure all players are registered to play at our club!
Please read and follow the step-by-step instructions below if you are renewing player registration please go to Section B if you are new then please look at Section A, it will ensure you end up registering your children to play and not yourself!

You can easily reset your password if you need to. If you are asked to verify your account in a red box on the left of the page, please choose 'Resend Verification' and you should receive an email containing a link in the following 24 hours.
Section A - How to do a new registration for a Parent / Guardian?
- Ensure you have created your account if your child does not have an existing account please create by clicking the add button in your family area.
- Click on your personal profile dashboard there should be a notification in the Green box to action a Player Registration for your child. Complete the Player Registration form and click Save.
- You will receive an automated email and your club will need to approve the player registration and once they do, then your child will be an active registered player and ready to play rugby.
Section B: How to Renew for a Parent / Guardian?
- Login to your account
- Select your child's account
- Select renew registration
- Review the details on the player registration form and click save once complete
- An email will be sent to your account to confirm registration update the club has been informed and the player status is now active.
Adding a New Sibling/Partner/other friend or family member (to your existing Profile if you need to):
If you are adding a sibling who has joined this season, simply click the + Add button in your Family area. Most of the info will be pre-populated for you. Once added/saved to the system, then Register them by clicking their name and registering them to Trafford MV RFCC
Membership
Please see our club website HERE to purchase our membership schemes they are also available to purchase after logging into GMS on your personal dashboard.
The current payment plan runs through to end of August. But do it now and you will be all set up and ready to go for the new season, with collection of the new monthly payments starting from 1st September 2026. You will see we have had to apply a price increase to your M&J subs.
We exhausted all the options to find savings and we don’t want to lower the standards either. But the price rises that have impacted our base costs and overheads – with electricity, gas, water, ground maintenance, kitchen & bar supplies, and salaries all going up – meant we couldn’t put off the decision any longer.
The revised Mini & Junior member fees for the 2026/27 season are as follows:
M&J Membership (1 Adult + 1 Child) up from £15/mth to £20/mth.
M&J Membership (Addnl Child) option remainsat £5/mth.
A new category of M&J Membership (1 Adult + 1 Child in the u7s and below) is available at £15/mth.
