Walking Rugby for over 50's at Trafford MV Rugby Club.
Open to males and females aged 50 plus - minimal contact Touch Rugby version of the game at a walking pace.
Get your steps in with a competitive walking game on Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm under floodlights on the grass pitch.
Conditions could be wet/slippy so a good gripped footwear is recommended - dress suitably for the weather !
Experience of rugby is not essential as you will soon pick it up - catching / passing / walking are all part of the game - remember we walk forward and pass backward !!!!!
We also enjoy a social drink and chat afterwards if you would care to join us in the Clubhouse bar from 7.30pm.
Best part is it's free to play - with a suggested monthly social membership of £5/month !
