There are loads of Rugby games to grab your attention this weekend as the action kicks off on Friday evening and takes you through to Sunday afternoon !
On Friday evening the Clubhouse bar will be open to show the Ireland vs All Blacks game kicking off at 8.10pm - come down and support your chosen country bring your pals down for an end of week drink while enjoying what will surely be an exciting game. Can Ireland go one better than England did last week ?
Saturday afternoon we have no home fixtures for Trafford MV teams with both the 1st and 2nd XV's playing away. Eyes will therefore be focused on the England vs Australia game at 3.10pm. England will be looking to make a statement after their defeat at the hands of New Zealand last weekend while Australia need to show the world that they are still a team for the big occasions !
On Sunday afternoon we have our Trafford MV Ladies XV vs Halifax Ladies XV at home kicking off at 2.00pm. On the TV screens will be Wales vs Fiji kicking off at 1.40pm followed by the big game of the day Scotland vs Springboks kicking off at 4.10pm. The Scots will be playing with confidence after there emphatic beating of Fiji last week. The Springboks will be aiming to get their Autumn campaign off to a good start with a statement win in Edinburgh !
The bar will be open for your enjoyment - unfortunately there will be no food available (only for the players on the day) - chef on holiday. Please give an indication that you are coming to a particular game so we don't get caught short with staffing - either ask bar staff about a particular game of put a mention of Facebook or Whatsapp group.
Put the word out around junior parents groups - kids are very welcome in the clubhouse and on the fields - to come down and enjoy the clubhouse atmosphere.
