We have some fun and fitness related activities running over the Summer aimed at keeping fitness levels ticking over during the close season as well as maintaining club life and not loosing touch with each other.
 
On Monday evenings we have Touch Rugby at 7.00pm - see Squidge (Jason Alexander) or just turn up and give it a go.
 
On Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm we have Walking Rugby for over 50's - for males and females mixed - see Wilf Dooley.
 
On Thursday evenings at 7.00pm we have Jamie doing some pre-pre season stuff “ lots of running, shuttles, speed work with a bit of S&C thrown in” - see Jamie Kingdon.
 
On Saturday morning we have the Run Club setting off at 8.00am for a 5km run - all paces and genders welcome - see Jamie Butler
 
The Run Club is followed at 9.00am by Saturday morning Social Touch Rugby - all abilities and genders welcome - juniors/Seniors/Male and females in mixed teams - see Phil Simms
 
Pre season training is planned to start on Thursday July 4th. Don't be caught cold and un-prepared. Big season ahead.
