MIXED RESULTS FOR THE TRAFFORD MV CRICKET TEAMS OVER THE WEEKEND
Saturday 27th
The 1st XI are playing away and will be making their way to Cheadle Hulme Ladybridge CC for a 12.30pm start. Trafford MV will be looking to turn their season around and get themselves off the bottom of the table. Ladybridge have been playing well and hold 4th position just behind Bowdon Vale. Westminster Park are currently leading the division. RESULT CHEADLE HULME LADYBRIDGE CC WON BY 7 WICKETS
The 2nd XI take pole position at home as they also face Ladybridge CC. At 2nd XI level Trafford are the better placed of the teams sitting in a healthy 3rd position while their opposition hold 9th place. Stumps at 1.00pm RESULT TRAFFORD METROVICS CC WON BY 1 WICKET
Sunday 28th
Bowdon CC is the home team facing Trafford MV 3rd XI with a 2.00pm start. There is not much between these teams in the league with TMV 4th on 70pts and Bowdon 6th on 66pts. RESULT TRAFFORD METROVICS CC WON BY 2 WICKETS
Traffords 4th XI are in a good vein of form and they welcome an equally in form team as Urmston 4th XI visit MacPherson Park. Trafford MV however are strong league leaders on 118pts while Urmston are placed 4th on 68pts. RESULT URMSTON CC WON BY 4 WICKETS
