It is with sadness that we advise the passing of former Metrovick's player Robert (Bob) James Dolan.
Bob was a popular and uncompromising figure in the middle of the front row and always had a jokey manner to keep the troops spirits high in the midst of the battle.
Bob's son Mat also played at he club as a recognised goal kicker.
There will be celebration of Bob's life at 6.30pm on Friday 26th September at Trafford MV 'Metrovicks' Rugby Club in Sale where he played for many years.
All that played with, or knew, Bob are welcome!
