As anticipation of the new coaching structure grows we can announce that pre-season training began at Trafford MV Rugby Club on Tuesday July 8th at 7.00pm.
Now is the time to start getting out for a run, do a bit more in the gym or start playing touch rugby to build up your fitness ahead of the season.
Use the Club Gym. Run the banks of the River Mersey or Sale Water Park paths. Check when Touch Rugby is being played once the fields are back in full use Sat mornings and Monday evenings.
Get down to watch the big Rugby games of the Summer months - Sale Sharks Semi-Final this coming Saturday / British Lions Test Matches / Summer International Tour games. Be a part of the Club over the Summer months.
