Rugby for young people returns to Trafford MV this weekend as our youth section returns on Sunday Sept 8th and then every Sunday from then on.
We have age groups ranging from Under 4's all the way through into young adults rugby to 18 years of age - before entering into senior rugby.
Playing Rugby is a great way to build an all round sporting ability involving running / catching / passing / evasion / physical contact (as players get older) / match awareness / learning how to cope with success and defeat / team-work / leadership plus many more life skills.
We welcome players who might be totally new to the sport and qualified / DBS checked coaches are available at all age groups.
Boy's and girls are all welcome to join our age groups as we seek to give all young people the opportunity to engage in physical activity.
The early years see's our young people learn the basics of sporting activity and then elements to rugby skills are added as age progresses before physical contact is introduced - tag and touch rugby is used in the early stages.
Trafford MV is a great family friendly Club both on and off the pitch and we have great facilities for changing / eating and socialising together.
