Thanks to all those that joined us in the Clubhouse for the game on Saturday morning which saw The Lions clinch the Series win in Melbourne with a 26-29 win over The Wallabies at the MCG.
We will go again next Saturday for the final Test match against Australia in Sydney kicking off once again at 11.00am
Don't miss this final opportunity to gather together to watch the Lions - it'll be another 4 years before you can wear the red shirts once more.
The third and final Test between the British & Irish Lions and Australia will take place at the Accor Stadium in Sydney on Saturday 2nd August.
Join us in the Clubhouse at Trafford MV (M33 6LR) to watch the 2nd Test Match between the British and Irish Lions vs The Wallabies.
With The Lions 1-0 up this could be the series defining game - or can Australia spoil the Lions party by winning and levelling the series.
Both sides have made changes to their selection from the 1st Test which ended up a narrow 19 -27 win for the Lions. The final mid week game was also a very close call with the Lions defeating a plucky First Nations & Pasifika XV 19 - 24 in Melbourne.
The 1st Test Match saw a busy Clubhouse and we expect this weekend to be even busier so we suggest arriving early to stake your claim on food and seating to get the best views in the house !
For anyone interested their will be Social Touch Rugby at 9.00am - for anyone over the age of 13years - shower and changing facilities will be open to freshen up before watching the Lions game.
THE BRITISH LIONS TEST MATCHES WILL ALL BE SHOWING IN THE CLUBHOUSE - KICK OFF 11.00am. BREAKFAST WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 10.00am. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO ORDER YOUR FOOD AND ARRANGE YOUR SEATING SO AS NOT TO DISRUPT THE GAME FOR OTHERS - THANK YOU.
