The League Winners Trophy will be presented to the 1st XV following their final League game of the season at Littleborough on Saturday.
The season has seen a strong campaign from Brian Colliers playing squad and the backroom group surrounding them over the last 2 seasons. The team has collected 17 wins 1 draw and 3 defeats during the course of this season with the final game away at Littleborough still to be played under the captaincy of Danny Burke.
The final game will kick off at 3.00pm at Littleborough RFC Clubhouse, Rakewood Road, Littleborough,OL15 0AP. The trophy presentation will take place following the final whistle and will be presented by Brian Hurst - Lancashire RFU Senior Vice President.
The Club is calling on the support of as many members and friends as possible to cheer the lads home and join their celebrations.
Make the most of the day by heading over early and enjoy a stroll around nearby Hollingworth Lake before the game of have lunch and a drink at The Wine Press or other nearby eateries, plenty to choose from.
