On Saturday TRAFFORD METROVICKS CC 1ST XI WON BY 4 RUNS as they overcame Malpas CC who scored 235 for 8 of the 45 overs. TMV ran in 239 for 6 in the allotted overs. Saqib Qadeer knocked up a great 120 runs n.o.
Also on Saturday TRAFFORD METROVICKS CC 2ND XI WON BY 72 RUNS defeating Stockport Trinity scoring 205 all out over 39 overs. Trinity were 133 all out. The win moves TMV up to 2nd place hot on the heels of Brooklands 3rd XI.
On Sunday TRAFFORD METROVICS CC 3RD XI WON BY 9 WICKETS against Hyde CC who fell to 74 all out from 25.4 overs. TMV knocked up the required 75 for 1 wicket in 24.4 overs. The win leaves TMV in 3rd place behind Didsbury and Ashley.
TRAFFORD METROVICS CC 4TH XI WON BY 3 WICKETS completing the winning weekend as they got the better of Elworth CC 3rd XI. Elworth were 48 all out from 24 over while TMV scored 49 for 7 off 14.2 overs.
